CANVIS I DEVOLUCIONS

M'agrada que estiguis content amb la joia que has comprat per tant ofereixo canvis en la majoria de les meves peces. Em pots contactar 24 hores despés d'haver rebut la peça per tal de concretar el canvi.

Les peces han d'estar en les mateixes condicions que s'han rebut i s'han de retornar per correu certificat (amb numero de seguiment) o missatgeria amb el mateix embalatge. Els gastos d'enviament de la devolució corren a càrrec del client.

Un cop rebuda la joia s'oferirà un canvi per una altra peça de la web o per un vale de l'import de la joia (no inclosos gastos d'enviament). 

No accepto Canvis ni Devolucions de peçes modificades i/o fetes per encàrrec.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

I want you to be happy with your purchase so exchanges are available for most items. You must contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item if you wish to exchange it. 

All items must be unused and in original condition and needs to be shipped back insured with delivery confirmation and all shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Once I receive the jewel I will offer an exchange for another jewel from my website or a voucher from the jewel amount (not included shipping fees). 

I don't accept Refund or Exchanges for personalized jewelry or Made to Order pieces.
