Quars Rosa . Pink Quartz

El Quars Rosa és una varietat del grup del Quars (diòxid de silici, SiO₂) que es caracteritza pel seu color rosat suau, des de tons gairebé transparents fins a roses més lletosos. Amb una duresa de 7 a l’escala de Mohs, és una pedra resistent i ideal per portar en joieria. 

Els principals jaciments es troben al Brasil, Madagascar, Moçambic i els Estats Units, entre d’altres. 

Simbòlicament, el Quars Rosa s’associa amb l’amor en totes les seves formes: l’amor propi, la tendresa, la calma emocional i la connexió amb els altres. 

És el cristall de Venus, deessa de l’amor i la bellesa, i s’associa amb l’energia venusiana que convida a obrir el cor, suavitzar emocions i a aportar equilibri i serenor.

És un dels cristalls més poderosos del regne cristal·lí; no per intensitat, sinó per la seva capacitat d’actuar amb suavitat i constància, generant un efecte profund i durador.

El Quars Rosa s’associa als signes governats per Venus; Taure i Balança. I tot i que aquesta pedra no és una pedra de naixement oficial, sovint es vincula amb els mesos d’Abril i Maig pel signe de Taure. 

Rose Quartz is a Quartz group variety (silicon dioxide, SiO₂) that is characterized by its soft pink color, that goes from almost transparent tones to milkier pinks. With a hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale, it’s a resistant stone and perfect to wear in jewelry.

The main deposits are found in Brazil, Madagascar, Mozambique and the United States, among others.

Symbolically, Rose Quartz is associated with love in all its forms: self-love, tenderness, emotional calm and connection with others.

Rose Quartz is associated with the signs ruled by Venus; Taurus and Libra. And although this stone is not an official birthstone, it’s often linked to the months of April and May through the sign of Taurus.
